International Airports
Costa Rica has two international airports: the biggest one is the Juan Santamaria International Airport, located in Alajuela, just 15 minutes away from the capital; the other one is the Daniel Oduber Quiros Airport, located in Liberia, Guanacaste, close to the most beautiful beaches in the North Pacific. There is also the Tobias Bolaños Airport, within the capital, which handles domestic flights. In addition, there are numerous landing strips along the coasts.
